First appearance Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

Mary Ann is the White Rabbit's housemaid. In Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, she is not physically present, but the White Rabbit mistakes Alice for her, which may indicate that Alice is similar to her. The White Rabbit asks Mary Ann to run home and bring him a fan and a pair of gloves, which Alice then does instead of her. Mary Ann is mentioned in Chapter 4 of the book. She also appears as the main character in Tommy Kovac's Wonderland. Marrisa Meyers Heartless shows the queen of hearts, Catherine, before she was evil and what drove her to become evil. Mary Ann was her housemaid and best friend. As Catherine turned evil she stoped being Mary Ann's friend and sent her to work for the white rabbit.
