Princess Red of Hearts is the titular protagonist in the Disney Original Movie Descendants: The Rise of Red. She is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts. She is portrayed by Kylie Cantrall.

Red is presented as a rebellious but intelligent character who likes to live by her own rules meaning she dislikes going by her mother's orders. She is invited with her mother to Auradon so she can study with other royals but her mother turns on the people by unleashing a bitter coup. This causes Red to have her moment and is able to save the kingdom through using a pocket watch crafted by the Mad Hatter's son, which she uses to travel 25 years back in time and encounters the teenage past self of her mother who goes by Bridget.
